I'm a fan of this face mist. The mist comes out very fine, which I appreciate for a non-aerosol. It doesn't irritate my eyes or seem to cause any excessive oiliness. I'm not totally convinced of the purpose of a face mist, but it is still enjoyable! I've previously tried Avene's thermal spray, a couple Pixi sprays, and Caudalie's beauty elixir. I prefer this Juice …Read more
This is an effective vitamin C serum. However, it does contain mineral oil, which causes me to break out. I find it does not sit well under makeup either, and I prefer to wear vitamin C products during the daytime. Overall, I would recommend a cheaper ascorbic acid product - I don't think the price justifies what this product delivers.
I've been meaning to try this for ages and finally got a good sized sample with a point perk. It REALLY takes everything off. My favorite oil cleanser is the Tatcha Cleansing Oil but this Cleansing Balm truly gets rid of all eye makeup. Plus it's far cheaper than Tatcha. My only complaint is that it feels more oily on the skin when removing than Tatcha, but I can definitely live with …Read more
I gave this product a try and was not a fan. The scent was too much for me. I left it on my face for maybe five minutes before washing it off. So, for those sensitive to scent: beware, this one is potent. The consistency was quite thin. Maybe because of the sunflower oil? I prefer a thicker oil for my face. I'm used to coconut oil, Pai's rosehip oil, and the RMS beauty oil, which I all …Read more
This is a great lightweight moisturizer. It does not make me greasy at all, a rare find in a moisturizer. It doesn't quite pack the punch of a nighttime moisturizer, but it is great for under makeup. It is a bit pricey, so I haven't decided if I want to purchase the full size because it is a bit pricey. There is a a scent to this product, but nothing overly offensive.
I grew tired of the facial cotton that leaves bits behind on my face (ahem Target cotton). I haven't looked hard enough to find a less expensive alternative, but this is a nice, effective product. I found I was usually using 2 round of the cheap stuff but I can use just one of the Shiseido.
I am a loyal user of Bioderma. I prefer to follow up with an oil cleanser, but it does well by itself if I'm tired. It is also great for touchups, like eyeliner smudges. I first started using it when I was briefly living in Canada--they carry it at pharmacies there. I prefer the 250ml size, it lasts quite a while. The 500ml size usually has a pump which I am not a fan of. Overall, highly …Read more
This product doesn't quite do it for me. I primarily use it under the eyes. I think I would be happier if it were a bit lighter shade. If I use too much product, I find that it can pill and settle into lines. It is a bit thick and heavy for the amount of makeup I wear everyday. The best application is probably with a beautyblender. If you need a heavy handed concealer, this is a good one to …Read more
This is a brilliant product! I am pretty pale and this serves as the perfect base for concealer. Using concealer on its own my undereye area looks dark. This product wears very well, I use concealer on top and set with a pressed powder. It doesn't irritate my eyes. It does have an odd smell, but it doesn't last, I only notice it during application. I think this product would work well …Read more
