When I discovered this in the UK in 2017, I never look back; no other makeup remover comes close to this (not even the Shu Uemura version). My skin doesn’t feel dry after cleansing and it removes everything without the need to tug or rigorously rub the skin! Waterproof mascara and eyeliners, long-stay foundation just melted off. Amazing!
This is a very expensive sunscreen but it wears well under makeup with no white cast. For my combination skin, the effect varies from time to time; it seemed to cause some pimples at times, and make my T zone oily the next. This is good for dry and cold weather and I can do away with a makeup base after applying this. But it does sting at times when I apply it, though my skin emerged ok. In all, it’s not my go-to daily sunscreen but it is suitable for days when your skin needs more moisture than usual.
This was just ok. For the price it commands, I would have expected more of an effect, after having gone through an entire bottle. I’m a vitamin C serum user for over 10 years, having tried Algenist, Paula’s Choice amongst others, and this doesn’t stand out, apart from the price.
This hydrates my skin and looks great under makeup. My only small quibble is that it contains methyl paraben. Else a great product that achieves the dewy effect.
I'm onto my second tube and I adore this for my sunny country. It wears well on my skin with no greasy residue and leaves a nice sheen. I used it on my face the first when my skin broke out and started peeling during a vacation to Hong Kong in one of its coldest month, and it was a save! I never looked back since. My absolute sunscreen favourite for both face and body.
I literally rushed out and bought this after reading rave reviews on MUA and enraptured by the 4+ overall ratings given. Unfortunately this mascara turned out to be a downright disappointment.
