Wow this is a real find!

I have combination skin (slightly oily T-zone but fairly dry on the eye/cheek area) and this little baby sorts out all my shine and blurs imperfections.

The pot is very small but you only need to use a smidgen of the pale pink putty and you're good to go - even without makeup!

I tend to wear it over my moisturiser (Nivea Essential …

Oh my word - this is a stunning scent!
It was literally love at first sniff for me and I haven't looked back since.
Complete strangers compliment me on this and the kids at the school, where I teach, love it too.
Soft, suede/vanilla/heliotrope heaven with that touch of immortelle that rises it into another league. A true masterpiece by the house of Guerlain.

This is my "happy" scent. We all have one don't we? The one you go to when you want to feel uplifted and exuberant.
I feel totally optimistic and "cocooned" in my own bubble of joy when I wear this lovely citrussy, floral beauty. It doesn't last for the entire day, but respritzing it is fun! The top notes are particularly well done and almost fizz with …

Sometimes, when you just want a simple, joyful little scent that doesn't make a huge statement or draws attention to itself, then this number, by the wonderful Francis Kurkjian, fits the bill nicely. Yes, it's a fruity-floral and yes, it's probably a bit "young" for someone of my mature years, but who cares when it smells this good.
The bottle looks so pretty on my …

Fragrances - Donna Karan - Wenge

Wenge is a somewhat stark, woody scent on its own so I combine it with DK Gold. The fusion of these two scents produces a delicious, spohisticated autumnal beauty.

I wear the more contemplative Wenge alone for evenings in by the fireside. It is a touch too masculine for my taste without something floral to offset it.

It also blends well with Cabotine.

This is a grown-up, sexy, innovative scent.
It is a mixture of sensuous, ripe fruit, luscious, animalic jasmine and ever-so-slightly naughty leather.
I get goosebumps when I put this on!

I found a bottle of this scent in TKMaxx for £9.00 and thought
I blind buy it and give it a try. How glad I am that I did - it's a sweet, rich, resinous, sultry gem that will be perfect for the cooler months. Opoponax is a sweet myrrh that smells divine and was highly regarded by King Solomon. Think "Song of Songs" when you apply this!

This new addition to the Clarins fragrance range is a soft, citrussy floral. It is extremely wearable and very good in the warm weather.. Lasting power is average and sillage quite discreet.

I find this product makes my skin look so great I rarely need to use foundation as well.

It goes on like a dream, if you use a tiny amount, and airbrushes away small lines and large pores.

My only slight niggle is that it doesn't last long (the pot is too small) and it's not that hygienic having to fish it out with your fingers (although I suppose I could use a …
