Liking this product a lot! I can use it one of either two ways depending on whether I want my hair curly/wavy or straight.
If I want it curly/wavy then I mix a dollop of this with a smaller dollop of Avon Quick Touch leave-in conditioner in the palm of my hand and scrunch it on my hair when it's damp. Then just before I go to bed I put it in a bun and hey presto in the morning seperated …

I'm really really impressed with this conditioner. I bought if after seeing it recommended on a Youtube video for frizzy hair. I have fine-ish hair but that's overprocessed and ageing and this does make it much less fizzy, but the biggest bonus is just how thick it's made my hair feel.
My pony tail feels much much fatter and it can only be this conditioner.
I get mine …

Like the lady below I'm also wondering if the formulation has been changed at all?
I've been using it for 2 or 3 years now, and even though it's hellishly expensive to use on my really long hair, the results it gave made it worth it.
The last tube I got which lasts me about 4-6 weeks didn't seem to give the same results at all - it's like the magic has gone …

I was looking for a cream version of the powder blusher I wear (Bare Essentials 'Glee') because powder is just starting to look ageing on me.
So pleased I followed the good reports Paula Begoun gave on these blushers cos she's quite right they're super.
I've bought 3 shades now which I had to get off Ebay as they're not sold here in the UK as yet.
I …

I was absolutely gutted when Ultima ll discontinued their Wonderwear foundation and I could no longer even get it on Ebay. At this point a very serious campaign to find my new HG began.

I tried Estee Lauder DW light, Clinique even better, Clinique superbalanced, Dior Forever, Almay TLC, Elizabeth Arden Intervene, Estee Lauder original DW, Maybelline dream satin liquid,Guerlain parve …

Treatments - OPI - Avoplex Nail & Cuticle Replenishing Oil

Whilst I really really like the Nail Envy by OPI I don't rate this oil at all. I didn't notice any difference in my cuticles - infact they seemed to be harder not softer. I won't waste it though because I think its ok to use up on my actual nails, just not the cuticles.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this product yet since its been a staple of mine for about 5 years now.
This is the most marvellous stuff for anyone with frizzy hair. I use it after every wash mixed half and half with whatever gel or balm I'm using whether it be for straight or curly styles. It also makes my balm or gel go so much further too and as I spend alot on those …

Skincare - Face - Boots - Aqueous Cream

Jun/12/2008

I've tried a couple of different brands of aqueous cream and I have to say for me Boots is the best brand - the others sometimes leave a little film behind, whereas this rinses cleanly (although its a bit more medicinal smelling but you soon get used to that)
This is my cleanser and I use it with a muslin cloth to take off my makeup each night and considering I use a long wearing …

Cleansers - Dr. Hauschka - Cleansing cloths

Jun/12/2008

I have just had to finally throw away my Eve Lom cleansing clothes after 12 good years service out of them and also my Liz Earle ones after 6 years (not keen on the Liz Earle ones as they are too soft so they clump when you use them).
So I have been on the look out for some more that are the same standard as Eve Lom without the hefty price tag and think I have found them in these.
They …

Cleansers - Eve Lom - Cleanser

Jun/12/2008

I will always be grateful to Eve Lom for getting me into the whole cleansing cloth idea 12/13 years ago but thats where the love affair ends.
I have tried about 6 different cleansing balms and most are pretty good but my sister got me on to using aqueous cream as a cleanser (she has excema (sp) and has used it for donkey's years albeit without the soft cloth routine that I use.
The …
