I was really excited to try this
It irritated my skin immediately, first use. I had red spots and redness under my eyes. Luckily it didn’t last long. Still searching for a facial cleanser since the one I used was discontinued . This did remove makeup, though

I really wanted to like this. It removes makeup well without stripping the skin. However- beware if you have sensitive skin. Something in this made my skin red!!! I don’t get how they can claim it protects against pollutants and defends your skin when it can’t even be used on sensitive skin.

Cleansers - First Aid Beauty - Face Cleanser

They discontinue everything that I love and use daily. My beloved face wash has been discontinued and now I’m on the hunt AGAIN because my skin sucks and is so sensitive.

This cleanser is great for removing light makeup as it removed all my powder foundation and mascara .. BUT- I am allergic to an ingredient in this and I think it’s the feverfew. I can’t use any of the first aid beauty …

Takes off makeup but requires a lot of rubbing.. also irritates my eyes like crazy.. I wonder if anyone else has had this reaction? I don’t think it’s just this product but it’s all micellar waters/wipes that make my eyes hurt for at least 24 hours. :/

Cleansers - Cetaphil - Cetaphil Gentle Make up Remover

The only eye makeup remover I’ve found that doesn’t irritate my eyes. I don’t know why it has been so hard to find one! This takes off my eye makeup very easily with very little tugging. For reference, I don’t wear waterproof. The reason I give it 4 lippies is because I’m not a huge fan of the residue it leaves behind. I still use a face cleanser that removes it, but it just feels oily and I …Read more

Hair - No Brand (DIY or homemade) - Macadamia Nut Oil

Of course my skin proves to be extremely reactive to certain ingredients. Macadamia oil didn’t work for my hair when I tried it years ago (weighed it down and made it stringy) but also doesn’t work for my skin. I’m always wanting to try new oils and should just stick to what ive got!! Lol! It broke me out- not terribly, but still. It also didn’t moisturize as well as I thought it would! On the …Read more

OMG. So I used to use this conditioner years ago when I was younger and didn’t have many bills to pay lol. NOTHING COMPARES. I love the Pantene moisture renewal and it’s the best conditioner in my opinion that you can get at the drugstore and I have kept telling myself while using that (because it’s so cheap) that I don’t need anything else. Well I walked into ulta and saw this and remembered how …Read more

Moisturizers - La Roche-Posay - Toleriane Ultra Fluide

I’ve been using this for probably a little less than a year now...
this is the only moisturizer on the market that doesn’t break me out in acne or painful pimples. That’s saying something

However it isn’t moisturizing enough on its own which is why I give 4 lippies rather than 5.
I layer squalane oil over it (which also isn’t enough in its own) and its a great combination …

Great product for removing makeup and not over-drying the skin. It even removes mascara without irritating my eyes. Unfortunately, it started to break me out in little bumps, primarily in my T-zone :( you also need quite a bit to wash the face/lather. I don’t know what it is about Bioderma products, but they all break me out- even the micellar water which I had to stop using a while back. I …Read more
