Top/Base Coats - Sally Hansen - Double Duty Base & Top Coat

I'm impressed with this product. You don't have to faff around with base coat and top coat on your nails as this does both. My nail varnish still looks great after 3 days of wear. It dries quickly as well so I'll definitely be using this product again.

Liquid - Estée Lauder - Double Wear Light Soft Matte Hydra Light Makeup SPF10

It gives my skin a nice even skin tone and lasts the whole day. The foundation Intensity 1.0 is quite a pale formula so I do put a fair amount of blusher on to give some colour. Its quite a lightweight foundation (I've tried a sample of their heavier full coverage foundation but it made me look older). Its worth getting a couple of samples from the beauty counter to try at home first.

Polishes - CHANEL - Le Vernis Longwear Nail Colour - Rouge Noir

You definitely need a base coat and a good top coat for Chanel nail varnish. I'm quite surprised how easily the varnish chips. I treated myself to this colour, my daughter bought a vibrant red Chanel polish which also chipped after wearing for only a day. With Chanel being an expensive nail polish, I thought it would be longer lasting than the cheaper varnishes.

I've used quite a few different cleansing lotions over the years and I keep coming back to this one. It takes all my makeup off and doesn't make my skin feel tight. I'm not going to buy any other night time cleanser from now on. This is the product for me - Simple!!

I'm going to be 50 this summer and so I've been spending a lot of money on my face! A beautician recommended the Caudalie range of products and I've been impressed so far by quite a few of them. I've been using their SPF 30 and its pretty good stuff! You can use it instead of a moisturiser so the beautician told me.

Its quite expensive because you only get a …

I was given a jar of this for Christmas and I've been using it on my face every morning and night for two weeks now. I don't think this cream is for anyone under the age of 40 because its so rich in texture. To be honest, it reminds me of a face cream that my gran used.

I haven't noticed any difference to my skin and my wrinkles haven't smoothed out. I've …
