Lip Gloss - GIVENCHY - Pop Gloss #453 Pep's Pink

This is my review for Givenchy popgloss - #453 Pep's Pink. I got this lipgloss from a friend who was in Jordan for her vacation. And appearently Givenchy is quiet big down there. I loved the elegant packaging and the beautiful frosty pink colour. However, I thought this was going to be one of those I'd never wear because I'm not too fond of lipgloss. I find it to be messy and …Read more

Moisturizers - NIA 24 - Skin Strengthening Complex

I tried this moisturizer yesterday night. And within 2 min I felt as if my face was going to burn off!
I ran to the bathroom and washed my face in lukewarm water for about 5 min. Although the burning feeling subsidized, my face felt very sensitive for a long time after that. I don't really know what might have caused this. But I'm going to give the …

Skincare - Face - NIA 24 - Physical Cleansing Scrub

This is a scrub with very small and gentle particles in cream.
After the first try I feel a tingling sensation. After 20 min that feeling increases and turns into a burning sensation. Scared, I wash my face off. If there's one thing I learned about skincare is that if it's hurting it should not be on your face.
My face also feels dry and tight after …

Moisturizers - No Brand (DIY or homemade) - Glycerin

If you have dry and sensitive skin I REALLY recommend you to try glycerin. At night, before going to bed, take 1-2 drops of glycerin in your palm, mix it with moisturizer/serum of your choice and apply.
The next day you will wake up with hydrated, glowy, smooth skin. It's a skin-saver for those cold rough winters!

Moisturizers - Unlisted Brand - E45 Dermatological Treatment Cream

E45 is like a sophisticated version of Vaseline. I love the texture, however I think this is only good to use as hand/foot/body cream. I used it on my face and my face started breaking out within 12 hours. But I love it for my hands and it heals my cracked heels. So if you feel Vaseline is too oily or difficult to work with, I'd recommend you to buy E45.

My skin is very dry, specially now in the autumn. Reading the rave reveiws here in MUA I decided to try this tinted moisturizer-like foundation.

PRO: Nice consitency and free from any fragrance and silicone. I suffered from no breakouts nor irritations (although I only tried the sample once).

CON: Clinique is still very backward and carries …

I'm DSPW, the most difficult skintype of them all. I've had sucess with most of the LRP products. I was very excited to know about this moisturizer. However my excitment was shortlived. I received a sample from tubotica which I tried. The consitency is very difficult to work with. It doesn't go on as smooth as LRP Hydraphase. After 2 days my skin felt …

I am a "tinted moisturizer"-kind of girl. But after hearing so much about this foundation I decided to give it a try. I was looking for a foundation that has a lot of yellow in it.
The foundation felt silky and looked very natural. It gives a medium coverage. The only complaint I have is that I still didn't find a shade that suits me. I'm giving …

Skincare - Face - Avene - Thermal Spring Water

I've tried the Avene spray about 2 times and it's not doing anything for me. LRP thermal water is more hydrating and calming for my skin. I will not be buying this again and I will be giving this away for swap to someone who use it regularly.
