It has a light, creamy lotion texture that I like better than any other facial sunscreen I've tried, but I have very dry skin and sometimes I still have to use a thicker moisturizer on top. I get chapped, raw lips every winter and this balm is a lifesaver. It's very rich, very moisturizing, and long-lasting. Best of all, it doesn't leave my lips feeling waxy, an issue I had with many other balms I used before finding this one.
