I watch alot of youtube make up videos and heard about this foundation so went to the counter and got matched for a NW20. I only use this foundation whenever i'm going out at the weekend as it's darker than my skin tone and too heavy for everyday wear! I really love it as it completely covers everything on your face and you don't see any flaws, for me that is the case anyways. Even though it is really thick I didn't really mind as I was only wearing it at night. I wouldn't wear it during the day though because of the consistency and colour. I apply it with the estee lauder foundation brush (http://www.esteelauder.co.uk/templates/products/sp_nonshaded.tmpl?CATEGORY_ID=CAT1018&PRODUCT_ID=PROD62501)
The packaging is a complete let down though. I found whenever I was running out I had the bottle tipped upside down on the radiator to make the heat let it move down in the bottle - this didn't really work! So that's the only let down I find.
I recommend! :)
