This product looks like water in the bottle and is just about unscented (occasionally I've caught a faint whiff of something herbal) - no heaviness anywhere, in texture or in scent. It also takes absolutely *everything* off. I poured some onto an oversized cotton square and went over my face after my usual Lancome Bi-Facial eye makeup remover and Korres Milk Protein cleansing wipe routine and some makeup still came off on the pad. On the second swipe everything came up clear. This cleanser does its job even on heavy makeup. It's also non-irritating - sometimes I have sore areas on my dry skin if I use a harsh cleanser but my skin felt soft, not dry, tight or irritated, after use.

The only drawback is the price - it costs BIG bucks (US$39 at Sephora). It's so spendy (for a makeup remover) that I only caved and bought it because I read all the positive reviews on here and Sephora. Much as I hate spending loads of money for something that isn't going to show and just exists to remove my makeup, However, the fact that it is so thorough and yet non-greasy and non-irritating just might keep me coming back to this product; it is really amazing and the combo of non-irritating/non-greasy/removes all makeup/unscented is quite hard to find.
