This loose powder is a holy grail to me. I have tried MAC Select Sheer and Giorgio Armani Microfil, and NARS has ended my search of holy grail loose powder. I am looking for a powder which is finely milled, give me a matte but not powdery look and a powder that has yellow undertone to to brighten my face without adding glitter/shimmer. NARS loose powder has fulfilled all my requirements. I am NC30 (Medium skin Asian), and I use Eden. It's very finely milled and doesn't give a powdery look. Moreover, it also controls oil pretty well. I have combination skin and with other loose powder, my skin will look oily by the end of the day. NARS powder also holds makeup better than the other loose powders I used before. NARS blush sticks better to my skin and last longer with better color payoff. Best of all, I love the little net sift instead of those plastic insert sift. I can just dab my powder brush in there, instead of shake it wishing powder will come out of those little holes. It retails for $33 but it's totally worth it.
