Funny how it's supposed to be a cheerful fragrance; it smells sad on me. This is, without doubt, the best perfume I've ever worn. Of course it's supposed to be a simple lemon, but it's neither fruity nor green. I've tried as many lemon fragrances as I could, but they're usually too sharp or too fruity. Some of them have that screeching top note which you want for to …Read more

Lemon candy. I bought a bottle of DinDan, expecting it to be a good pick-me-up in our extremely hot summers. It’s light, sweet, uncomplicated, linear. I appreciate that it’s well made and approachable. DinDan avoids two pitfalls of lemon scents: It doesn’t open like furniture polish, and it doesn’t sour on my skin. But for some reason, I rarely reach for it.

Not as creamy as Mono …

This fragrance reminds of the powdered country time peach lemonade mix. This is neither too sweet, or too tart. This is probably a good citrus fragrance for someone who usually finds lemon fragrances too zesty or sour since Din-Dan is very mellow. Din-Dan is not complex or ground breaking, but it is still a pretty, feminine citrus fragrance that is easy to wear.

I love Lann-Ael and had to try this unisex/kids scent. It smells very much like the "colonia de bebe" that I've purchased in Spain and Colombia. A+ for it's pretty and slightly sharp lemon note. It fades into a pretty, soft lemon and disappears quickly. Oh how I would love buying this fragrance for my kids. Alas, we don't have the bucks to throw down $75 on perfume for …Read more

To my nose, this fragrance opens with a pure lemon but the drydown is more reminiscent of a tea scent with hints of lemon and peach. Perhaps it's the peach note that take my olfactory memory to iced tea, but that's the effect I get. Still, it's a lovely and cheerful scent. I think I was just a little disappointed because I wanted more of a pure lemon. I'll till enjoy this …Read more

Nice lemon, almost a verbena, not a true minty note. I like it, I would maybe buy it again, but it is no better than Loves' Fresh Lemon or other verbena fragrances you might find easier and cheaper.

This is a gentle lemon scent. Zesty top notes that dries down fast to a soft pink lemonade scent. It's ok but I like AG Eau de Sud for my zest fix.

In a word: drinkable. Din Dan is a punchbowl of pink lemonade with pink rose petals floating on top. (Don't ask me if it has rose. Probably not. Something about it just evokes dewy tea roses. It has the succulence of Lancome Mille et Une Roses, if not the notes.) The tart-sweet lemon topnotes mellow out with the drydown, but the scent never turns plasticky or cartoonishly one-dimensional …Read more

This uncomplicated little summer scent is kind of perfect in its own way - a burst of fresh lemon is tempered by a soft, fresh mint note and delicious, sweet peach. It dries down to a lovely lemon-vanilla musk that stays close to the skin. Din-Dan is unexpectedly charming, and it makes me think of the best days of my childhood.

DinDan is an uncomplicated non-sweet lemon scent with a hint of lime. It is best described by comparing it to others in its genre. Fresh's Sugar EDP (not Lemon Sugar) is lemon with a dash of vanilla. Mona di Orio's Lux is meyer lemon gently rounded out by amber and a hint of marshmallow at the very end. Guerlain's Philtre d'Amour starts off lemony but then develops an intense …Read more
