    When using this product, as with any other "luxury" brand, which by the way, Sisley is far more expensive, you must leave the moistened cotton pad on your eye for at least 10-15 seconds for product...

    I'm not sure if I would buy this again. I find it very soothing to my very sensitive eyes but it doesn't remove all of my Shu Basic mascara so what exactly is it designed for? {I'd love to know...
