My face is really sensitive so when I used the soap it burns and left red marks all over my face, now every time I touch my face it just burns more and I would want to sue the company for this bullshit of a soap

I have dark circles under my eyes & my chin is a little dark than the rest of my face. These are the main reasons I purchased the bar, thinking it would produce a more even skin tone throughout. My face is normally dry. However, after using this bar it completely dried out my skin and left my face feeling really ‘tight’. Also, it left many burns on my face.

Excellent soap have been using it in conjunction with the moisturizing lotion for at least a decade. Inexpensive, nice smell and works wonders on my skin. But be VERY VERY VERY careful using it around your eyes. It BURNED my eyes and I flushed my eyes all day. Be CAREFUL.

Paid 88CENTS after using a $2 coupon.
Smells nice and has a convenient oval shape that makes it easy to handle and lather up. The lather and bar feel super smooth and it cleanses the face very well and leaves your skin very smooth and hydrated.
WI'll definitely pick up more when HEB has coupons again.

For my skin it works the same as a Palmer's Cocoa Butter bar. The results are smooth skin that's never dry after being washed. Palmers Cocoa Butter Bar has a much milder scent. Both leaves my skin feeling calm, clean and most importantly gets rid of blemishes fast by moisturising the skin to death. You can see the difference in your skin a as soon as 3 days. Afterwards I moisturise my face with pure cocoa butter. These three soaps (including Shea Moisture black soap) are the only soaps that I can use natural Shea butter/cocoa butter afterwards and not break out.

I tried the complexion bar because I was using the cream. I like how moist it makes my face feel especially while using another exfoliant on my face at night I did not see any real results from this product as far as toning or anything like that but I did like how it made my body feel after a shower. I have severe psoriasis and I can use all the moisture I can get. Now I will say that while my hives are active it can tingle my skin when I wash with it, but no more than 100% African Black Soap.
The second bar, I kept it out for the family to use and they seemed to love it on their hands. I would buy it again. It makes a nice everyday washing bar.

The Ambi complexion cleansing bar works amazingly on my face, back, shoulders, and neck but every time I use the soap on my chest it tends to burn and leave little bumpy scabs on me. The soap felt very light on my face and the smell is wonderful.

I have had a sensitive itchy skin since child hood and some how having tried medications to no avail, I decided to live with it. I never thought it could be soap related until I started using Ambi complexion cleansing bar about 2weeks ago. After taking my bath with it there was not even one itch, initially I took it for granted as one of my lucky days but as days went by I couldn't but notice the overall calmness I was experiencing after my bath. It was then it dawned on me that it's this new soap that the sales girl of where I shop introduced me to.

Ladies this soap is a miracle! All the other soaps I have used were over drying my skin making it itch so bad, this soap is so creamy and full of moisturizers that it actually pampers my skin. After the first bar I bought the 3 in one pack (the bars are small) and am having fun.
It doesn't tone me because I have actually darkened a bit ((so I use my Marykay facial wash for just my face)), if real toning ingredients could be added it will take over the market.

I recommend this soap for everyone especially those that have dry itchy skin.
Bravo, Ambi!!!

I have used this soap consistently for almost 8months and I can definitely attest to it working. I started experiencing adult acne early last year and b4 long my face was covered in bumps and spots. I tried everything from black soap to neutrogena to acv and all other home remedies google could provide. They all seemed to work at first but after a few weeks my face only got worse. It was so bad that I specificallytold the makeup artistand photographer for my wedding not to take any before pictures cos I was really embarrassed abt my face.

Sometime in april I was reading reviews online about aveeno complexion bar and someone made a comment about ambi soap. Out of curiosity I googled reviews about ambi but I wasnt really convinced because the cream and lotions had poor reviews and only the soap had ok reviews. I was gonna stick to buying aveeno but I couldnt find it in store the day i went shopping.I however saw ambi and so I bought one bar. I avnt looked back ever since and i was hooked from the first night I used it cos it left my face feeling refreshed and really soft. It didnt stop my face from breaking out but it also wasnt causing dry patches and irritating my skin the way other products did and my spots were clearing faster.
I started using retin a after about 3weeks of starting the ambi soap and I avnt looked back since. My spots are gone and I only experience slight breakouts at that time of the month.
I would recommend ambi soap to anyone with combination acne prone skin cos it worked for me.

P.S: I experienced the dryness complained about by most people but it wasnt anything my mosturizer couldnt handle plus after a while my skin adjusted to it and I dnt experience dryness when I use it now even without mosturizing. So dont give up on it so soon. Its really worth the good reviews.

I brought the whole product line for my 17 year old son and not only did his skin improve in less then A month but he has not had anymore breakouts. He is very satisfied with the bar as well as tube fade cream and the exfoliates.
