Ahhhh...a blue that's wearable and fun (dries a bit more subdued than the bottle color). SO many of the other blues have either a lot of green (teal) which clashes with my pale skin badly and makes me look sallow OR they're deep navy blues and navy blue is one of my least favorite colors in life (not just on nails).

Jewel Charm is a happy, medium bright-to-medium/dark blue with NO green in it--like the first reviewer noted, 'electric blue' is a great term (but it's not neon or shocking). It's just...sunny, happy and pure. Two are three coats are definitely needed. I have a few bright blue-meets-teal polishes that actually look great on toes, but I'd never wear them on tips. Jewel Charm is really nice on tips...no skintone clashes. It's much like the color of the long blue menu bar at the bottom of your computer screen (if you use Windows)--take that blue down four or five notches and that's Jewel Charm.

First off, let me say that the Sally Hansen display image for this polish is TEAL when in fact this polish is ELECTRIC BLUE.

Beautiful, deep electric blue. perfect with a topcoat.

Out of OPI - Blue My Mind/Revlon - Midnight Affair/Sally Hansen - Jewel Charm, Sally Hansen's is my favorite.

The Steal: (0.4 fl oz) Sally Hansen's BC is a deep, eye-catching bright electric blue. One-coat coverage is pretty good and it retails at a mere 2.17 or so a bottle, available at stores like Wal Mart, CVS, etc. Its wear is pretty good and its stunning under a topcoat. (i stared at it all day) It even looks good under fluorescent lights! Its almost pure blue, but i detect a touch of violet shading. The applicator gives a relatively good amount of product, and it dries quick enough.

If you are attracted to this jewel-bright electric blue, i say go for it. I can see it going well with most skin tones (especially very pale and dark/tan) and its fun at any age. Feeling shy? do a pedicure. Feeling wild? Express yourself!
