I've come back to this brand of finishing powders after a few years of trying other lines. T.LeClerc's powders are rice based instead of using talc or cornstarch. My skin never flares up, itches, or gets clogged pores. Most translucent powders are either pure white or yellowish. This one has a light pink undertone to it which gives a brightening effect to the skin. My one complaint -especially with the loose powders- is the packaging. I wish the tin had a sifter type of cap so there's less mess and more control of how much powder to dispense each time.

This powder will not "break you out"! The reviewer below *must* have broken out from something else, because nobody has more sensitive skin than I, and T. Le Clerc, unlike many other products I have used, is definitely non-comodogenic. Definitely. That said, Translucide is another wonderful shade from the unmatched T. Le Clerc! Translucide is not translucent but has a slight shell pink tone that brightens as do my other faves, Banane, Banane Doree, Rose 'The and Chair Ocree. I currently have Translucide in the lovely shiny silver travel compact. Love it! Respectfully submitted, colormepink

I have this in translucide. I am DISSAPOINTED with this product. I'm not sure how the other colors work but 15 minutes after applying this I turned into an uncontrollable grease ball! & it totally irritated my skin!!! My entire face is red and bumpy & still is the day after trying it, it looks like it burnt my face. WhatTheF!!!! MY FACE HAS NEVER LOOKED SO BAD AS IT DID WITH THIS POWDER ON!!! I'm just SHOCKED

Figuring an Expensive Lip Glop addiction was dangerous enough, I drooled over this stuff from afar for months and MONTHS when, lo and behold, the opportunity arose to swap for it. Unfortunately, I LOVE IT. (Rent, schment.) Ultra-fine texture (am I getting any on? is it there?), melts right into your skin, and controls shine better than anything else I've used. Plus it's in a darling, DARLING little tin, and it has a delovely sort of old-fashioned boudoir scent. My only beef is that they really should make an appropriately swanky loose powder compact for it -- luckily, I found a great vintage one on eBay (fun! just make sure that it's in good condition, closes securely, doesn't leak, and still has a functioning sifter or screen). Oh, happy day...

This powder has just a hint on pink in it. Not as light as the Camelia or Nacree. Gives your skin a flawless look.
