For reference, there are days when I can have some pretty hefty bags and dark circles under my eyes, and always lines. I have dehydrated but oily, tough as nails skin. I've become a huge Cellbone fan and added this eye treatment to my list about 2 months ago. I started using it not just because of the name (puffy eye treatment?? I'm there!) but because I loved the ingredients. It says this is a "cream", but its really more of a serum. Light yellow out of the bottle but goes on clear. Only a tiny bit, about 1/2 a drop, covers both above and below my eyes. I pat this on lightly after my Cellbone C20ie vit C serum (which I'm totally in love with...see review on that). Feels kinda sticky at first, but it absorbs in about 3 minutes and the stickiness goes away completely. I use my Osea eye cream on top and wait another 5 min or so for that to absorb. This almost completely reduces the bags under my eyes and my dark circles have improved significantly. They were doing much better using the C20ie and Osea, but this serum really kicked it up a notch and has added some much needed relief to my puffies. Comes in a 1 oz dark blue pump bottle that is easy to control and costs $68. This 1 oz will last me quite a while. After 2 months there isn't even a dent in it so I find that very cost effective. Really a great line of products that you should check out at cellbone.com. INGREDIENTS: Water, Meadowfoam Seed Oil, Palmitoyl Oligopeptide, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, Hesperidin Methyl Chalcone, Steareth-20, Dipeptide-2, DMAE, Emulsifying Wax NF, Glycerin, Dimethyl Isosorbide, Black Tea Ferment, Seaweed, Algae, Kelp Extract, Tocopherol, Rosemary Extract, Hydrolyzed Wheat Gluten, Propylene Glycol, Idebenone, Black Willowbark Extract, Neem, Methyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben
