I got Rouge Pur No. 32 on Ebay and I really wish that YSL would re-release the Rouge Pur lipsticks exactly how they were at that. Well anyway No.32 looks bright, scary or only 'nighttime friendly' in the tube but it isnt. No. 32 is an easily buildable cool based medium pink with a blue or white base and it isn't shimmery though on me.

Rouge Pur No. 32 is easier to wear than MAC Pink Nouveau lipstick especially without a lip pencil. It seems as though a lot of the light colored YSL Rouge Pur lipsticks were sheer without being too sheer or too shiny and quite buildable making them quite flattering for many skintones probably.

I'm a MAC NC45, Bobbi Brown Warm Almond and Fashion Fair Butterscotch.

I was quite surprised after the reviews because I would never label this as SHOCKING pink, perhaps it depends on your skintone. I am quite naturally tanned, like kim kardashian complection and this lipstick is in no way shocking...it's a candy like pink but it's also natural enough to wear in the day and to work...it's a lovely colour and quite warm so against my warm skin it is in no way "shocking"...blueish pinks look more shocking on me but this one is perfect for everyday...I love the consistency of the rouge pur line cus it feels so light and it's extremely pigmented. It's not too dark or too light, it's like the perfect pink shade that doesn't scream bold nor is it understated...I would say its the colour of a pink flower of some sort. I recommend it to any tanned complection girl as an everyday lipstick!

As you've guessed by now, its very pink! Shocking pink, like similar to Nars Schiap in the shocking department but an entirely different pink. It is more like a heavy rose-pink cream and less purple. Very unique color but only 4 lippies because; super drying, color is *almost* useless if you are warm toned , and funky smell. Packaging is way luxe though.

Puppet pink!! Very bright pink color. Looks good on my beige/yellowish (how do you say this properly :S ) skintone. People tell me I look like a doll with this lipstick on. I assume they mean it as a compliment. The only BUT is that it is a little bit drying on the lips. Most of the time I put some lipgloss or Eight Hour Cream (Elizabeth Arden) on my lips, so I think my lips are addicted to the sticky stuff. However, the cute (a little trashy... in a plastic fantastic way) an girly pink color and intensity make it happen for me!! Just the lipstick for a matte and natural (as far is the pink color CAN ben natural :) ) finish or with a shiny lipgloss on top of it, for soms splashy lips. Either way, YSL Rouge Pur no. 32 is gorgeous!! Just try it at the store, you'll see!

This lipstick is fabulous. A great natural everyday colour with a little shimmer. I am not a lipstick girl. Infact I was very much a gloss girl until my lips became drier. I wanted a natural lipstick that looked matt but was moisturisng and this was when I stumbled acorss this.
I smells gorgeous as YSL products do.
This is the only lipstick that is truly great.
It is a beige with slight gold shimmer and it gives my lips a matt look but it moisturising all day. It also contain SF8 which is great.
I love this so much it suits all skin colours. I am pale and I wear this when I have fake tan also. It is sooo nice. I have dry lips and it suprises me how this baniashes them and injects moisture.
Lovely typical gold case as YSL generally has and it looks glamourous and the lid stays on and it is strong and doesnt break as soon as it goes on the lips.
I rate YSL for the lipsticks and glosses and I will try there products more often. This lipstick is for someone who wants to look natural but polished. I promise you will like it if thats what you go for.
It really blends into lips and doesnt sit ontop and gloop. I cant priase it enough. Hence I give it full marks. This may not be your colour. But look in the range and you will see a colour for you.
This tube last an avenrage of 3 months when applied 5 times a day. At least for me this is the case.

Just like I fell in love with 120 and 66, I also fell in love with this at the first application. I got this in a swap and my expectations were not huge, because I dont usually like pink on me. But this is such a perfect, satin finish super bright fun and girly bubblegum pink. It was accident that I never used this lipstick, because I had never seen this before the swap came. It is perfect for my complexion that is PPP, cool tones, dark hair and blue/green eyes. I use this without lip liner, because using a lip liner would ruin the look IMO. I apply with a big lip brush for beautiful, girly pouty mouth. It stays on loong time, texture is non drying but not too greasy and I know this is my HG.
