I've been suffering from mild cystic acne for years and this is actually the only product that has ever helped me. I've been using it nonstop for 9 years and it's still the only product that doesn't dry out my skin and really helps reducing cysts. I use it at night, on my whole face, and if I have a cyst (I usually do, especially in winter), I put some extra cream/gel on it …Read more

Made me break out when I started using it but does wonders when reducing a zit overnight! Plus I can easily wear it under makeup...thats one of my favorite things about this cause it is undetectable after my moisturizer....I feel like this is a much better choice than drying creams, benzyl peroxide and salycic acid because it goes to the root of the problem and actually recreates new skin …Read more

I don't know abt the price because it's covered by my insurance but it works. A couple of months ago I started breaking out. Badly! And nothing that had worked before was helping! I asked my doc for an antibiotic (eryacne) and differin which I had read lots of good things about.
It has helped to clear up the majority of the breakouts and my skin has got better. It's not …

This stuff really does work but it takes a long long time . I am now on week 13 and I am amazed how well it has worked. It's the first time in 12 or so years I can go out without makeup on. I have tried everything including Antibiotics, the Pill, AHA's, B Peroxide, natural remedies, supplements, changed my diet, eaten only apples for 3 days and so on and so on!! Nothing worked really …Read more

I have used this off and on for the last couple of years. I think this would work for someone that has mild skin problems, which mine weren't. It did a good job and was not in the least bit irritating but wasn't strong enough for my cystic acne.

Best treatment gel ever. I live on this.I apply a tiny amount on small pimples overnight and they are almost gone by the morning. Good for marks too. Large pimples take longer to heal.

It is drying and v.irritant so I only use at night and wash it off in the morning. I do not use it over my whole face only on the pimple. it does not prevent my spots but it heals them

MY DERMATOLOGIST GAVE ME A PERSCRIPTION FOR THIS PRODUCT AWHILE AGO. I HAVE REALLY OILY SKIN AND MY ACNE IS NOT HORRIBLE. U CAN'T REALLY TELL I HAVE BAD ACNE UNDER MAKEUP BUT I HAVE IT UNDER MY SKIN AND ITS EVERYWHERE. I BREAKOUT ON MY CHEST, BACK, UPPERARMS, NECK AND FACE. YEA IT SUCKS! IT WORKS OK FOR MY SKIN BUT I HAVE TO USE IT LIKE EVERY TWO DAYS OR THREE DAYS BECAUSE IT DRIES THE HECK …Read more

Reviewing 0.1% Differin Gel by Galderma.

It's either love it or hate it. I'm the second.

Differin is simply too irritating to me. I was using it every 3rd night. Each morning after that I wake up with new small flesh colored bumps on my forehead and my face looks reddish than usual for 1-2 days. I don't believe differin will make any difference in reducing the …

My doctor switched me from Differin's cream to the gel about a month or so ago as I wasn't seeing as good of results with the cream as I would have liked to. I was still breaking out on and off, though not quite as bad as I would have without the treatment. There was some worry that my ultra-sensitive skin wouldn't tolerate the gel. There was quite a bit of peeling initially (for …Read more

I like Differin. I was using Tazorac for the longest time and my skin never seemed to get better, just red, dry, flakey...so my derm put me on this. Obviously the process is slower, but it's so much more gentle. I can use it every night, and it doesn't dry out my skin, but it does help tremendously. I am thinking about moving on to something a bit more potent, but if I don't, I …Read more
