It's ok, has a weard fragrance smell and taste altogether, but I like the new Revlon just bitten lip balms in the drugstore, I got one in purple-y plum, it looks like a just bitten look on my lips... It's it wicked awesome. I did a review already

I am really happy with this product. Yes, the roller ball application is un-hygenic, but only I use it so I'm not worried. The colour is lovely and a deep sweet dark pink/red. like a raspberry iceblock.

After a few goes, I got the hang of applying it correctly to my cheeks as a rouge. I don't wear this as a lip stick because my lips are huge anyway and don't need highlighting :P

Trick on cheeks is to apply a little smear, then quickly rub it in, blending the edges in. If it looks too much, I lick (yes ewwww lick) my 2 fingers and rub over it again, spreading it further out up my cheek bone etc.

Pros -
Lovely lovely flushed sexy colour on me (I'm fair with blonde hair & freckles). Looks like that perfect flushed coy look of being embarrased a bit or flirty. Does NOT look like make up on cheeks - You cannot see the actual product itself which is great, neither powdering nor waxy etc. Just like red pinched skin.

It does wash off easy at the end of the day, but not just after application (it is a stain after all). It lasts all day without re-application :D

Less is more. It will last for ages coz it's very pigmented and with consistancy like syrupy-juice, it it easy to spead far.

Cons - Nothing really because it is a cheap quaint little play-product. I am glad I bought it cheap off ebay because a con is the full retail price on the net.

The color of this is BEAUTIFUL against my fair complexion but that's where the pros stop. The consistency of this is very runny and it's nearly impossible to apply an even layer of product. The roller ball applicator is terrible. The cap broke the day I bought it and it leaked a gooey mess. Not only that, but this also smells and tastes terrible. Pass this one by.

I got this product off of eBay for about $3.00 AUD and waited for over a week for it to be shipped to me, by that time I had gotten really worked up by how cool it was going to be that I was a little dissapointed when I finally got it. it was a bit runny and the roller ball application was bad and the colour was a little to "barbie doll pink" for my colouring. I was more happy with it when it had worn off a little and it had settled down but it was still a little bright for my liking.

This is the first lipstain I've ever used. It is quite bright - it would look a bit over the top for work. I can still wear it in the evening (while I could never get away with wearing a lipstick of this color any time).

I agree with everyone else about the application with a roller ball - it goes on your lips very unevenly. You will definitely have to use your finger - and it will obviously get stained as well. Make sure you don't have even traces of other lip products on your lips - the application will be horrific. It is quite drying on the lips. That can be fixed by applying some gloss on top but it makes the bright color stand out even more.

Fortunately I bought it on a clearance sale for $4 (in south africa). It was fun to try for the price but I will not repurchase.

The color is nice but the staying power and the staining ability is truly, truly, lacking. Will not re-purchase.

I love this lip stain, but then again i have nothing to compare it to. It stays on for a good 4 hours, i always get complements when i use this. Too bad it's discontinue though.

Wow does this stain ever taste terrible! It smells like juicy berries but careful when you lick your lips. The staying power is pretty good, but not really stain-worthy. I find the roller-ball is a pain in the butt for applying neatly. The colour is a bit much for me, but it mellows out nicely as it wears off. This one was a miss for me.

I love lip stains and this is a good one, not great but it does the job well. When I first apply it it looks way too bright but when it fades a bit it looks really natural and nice. It usually lasts about four hours or so on my lips, regardless of if I drink or eat in that time. The roller ball is really annoying and the application can sometimes be a little uneven-you can fix this by using your finger or a brush to even it out.
