If you are in the mood to drop $15 for a clear polish that may or may not double as a top coat, 'Wet' should merit your consideration. This is a transparent polish, which confuses me somewhat. It's nice and gives a high shine, but why would I pay $$$ for a Nars nail polish when it's clear? And of substandard formula, considering it chips and doesn't stay as well as my humble Sally Hansen Mega Shine. The packaging is chic, but I won't repurchase this one.

This is a clear polish that drys to a shiny finish. It also didn't chip, which is always a plus!
