This product has almost no pigment and both colors are too light to be used for anything but a base color on my light-to-medium skin tone (Chanel 30). I try to load up the brush with product and still don't see any color when applied. It looks like L'Oreal may have re-done the packaging. I'm not sure if they also re-did the product. If so, this review is for the product in the …Read more

This duo is perfect to use as a primer. I use the lighter color when I have darker shadows that I want to tone down. The darker shade is very close to my skin tone, and works great to eliminate creases in my lid.

As others have said, this duo is perfect to use as highlighters for under the brow bone. My favorite of the two is the flesh toned shadow, which I use for a wash on the lid, highlight, or to blend out my neutral looks. I'm not too crazy about the white shadow because it hardly shows up and I have an olive skin tone. I wouldn't buy the duo again because I don't like the white shadow …Read more

This was an unexpected good find for me. I had looking for a shadow to use on my low-makeup days, when I want to look VERY natural, yet still get some good coverage and evenness on lids. I made the mistake before of looking for one shadow to do this, but this duo works much better. I use the flesh colored shade on my lid and then use the ivory color as a highlighter. It really brightens up my …Read more

The darker color in this duo appeared golden in the compact, but on me was too whitish for use as a sole lid color. The paler shade is almost white and is good for under the brow. Overall, though, this duo amounts to little more than a pair of highlighters for me, but I'll probably salvage it by combining it with Sandy Shores, for a 3-tone look. Sandy Shores, however, I'd rebuy for …Read more

This duo is a flesh color and a cream...both colors are matte. I love this duo for an everyday no-makeup look (then my eye lids don't get greasy looking). The cream color is really beautiful for highlighting the brow bone and the inner corner of the eye, but the flesh color is well....flesh colored, so it doesn't show up much. It just evens out the lid and tones down redness. I like …Read more

I had this listed under sand castle. Oops. This duo has 2 matte shades: a cream color, and a soft apricot. They are so beautiful. Unfortunately, they don't show up on me at all. I'm fair, so maybe it only looks good on darker skin. I can use the cream as a base, but I am really disappointed because the apricot is so pretty. I don't like L'oreal shadow packaging. They …Read more
