Almay Line Smoothing Makeup Foundation for dry skin is awesome! This is a very inexpensive product that is easy to find in grocery stores or drug stores. This hypoallergenic foundation is very gentle and will not break you out or cause allergies. The formula is extremely moisturizing and best used for dry skin to very dry skin. I use #240 Beige which is a light to medium neutral, without pink …Read more

I will definitely purchase this product again, and have in the past, over and over.

I try out other foundations but always end up coming back to Almay line smoothing. I am very happy to have found a foundation I like so well, that is so affordable. I can't say I am surprised that this foundation is not getting the most ravest of reviews, I often seem to like less popular …

I really like this foundation :) I have combination skin and for the winter I needed a foundation that would hydrate my skin and this is what I went to. I really like it as it hydrates really well, doesn't dry my skin out, it has a nice creamy texture that feels great, it’s hypoallergenic and doesn’t clog my pores and it lasts pretty well. I don't really like the bottle design as …Read more

The color match was all right - Ivory was sold out, so I bought Buff, which was probably darker than I can wear. I've been looking for a foundation with sunscreen that doesn't break me out. I had to throw this foundation away after two tries, because it feels horrible to wear. It is very thick and viscous coming out of the bottle. On application it hardly seems to sink into the skin at …Read more

This is a really good foundation. I"m NC15 and Buff is an absolutely perfect shade for me. Buff is a pretty neutral shade (not too warm or too cool). This has a nice, creamy texture which feels like a more expensive foundation. I like the SPF 15. I do not notice any smell. It gives light to medium coverage. It is not as long lasting like something like Colorstay, but I'm happy …Read more

I tried this for 2 days and returned it and would not buy again. First off, I don't have noticeable lines or pores. I tried this product because it said it was for dry skin. After using this I noticed smile lines and pores. Also, the product is very difficult to get out of the long container. I'm not a fan.

A nice foundation for those with dry skin. It did not settle into my fine lines (eyes, around mouth), and seemed to camouflage the few lines that are beginning in my forehead, that some foundations seem to highlight. Light coverage - I didn't find it was buildable, but the Buff 140 was an excellent match for my very fair, neutral skin (be warned - Ivory 120 is very pink). The one part of my …Read more

When I first bought this I was extremely skeptical. I've never tried anything from Almay other than eyeshadow, and most liquid foundations either break out my skin, don't blend well, or don't match my color at all. This stuff surprised me. Most all foundations are too orange-y for my skin, but this matched my porcelain tone perfectly. It really did smooth out lines, it keeps your …Read more

Almay is my favorite drugstore brand, especially their foundations. I'm in love with their TLC liquid foundation, but thought I'd give this one a try, since it also has a physical SPF15 (which is important to me). I got this in my usual shade "Buff", and it's a nice color match for my very fair neutral/golden skintone. I apply by blending/stippling with a cosmetic …Read more

This is another disappointment from Almay for me. I am on a really tight budget and I just cannot get my HG MUFE foundation right now. I got this (along with the matching pressed powder) hoping that it would work well enough to get by. It almost works but not quite.

Pros: *great color match for my fair skin. I bought Ivory #120 and it is darn near perfect. *Nice and smooth application …
