Agreeing with the other reviewers, this color is Essie Waltz with a better formula and much glossier finish. A couple of coats (either alone or under another sheer neutral) make my natural nails look like acrylics.

Holy grail french tip color! This is a sheer, true white, similar to essie waltz or OPI desire BUT unlike those, this goes on perfectly- not streaking.
