I have been using this product on my face and am amazed how clear, soft and radiant my skin looks. My mother has horrible allergies and extremely dry skin as a result and it has helped her immensely. My complaint is the scent of blackberry...it is way too sweet and makes me nauseous as does Philosophy Blackberry Moisturizer which my mother-in-law wears. If they could go back to the original formula with gardenia and rose extract I think they would have a superior product that would appeal to a greater audience, as the scent is quite bizarre and lingers. Despite the scent, I love what the product does for my dry skin and though this is body butter, this product has improved my face and I have set aside the $350 worth of Pevonia product I just purchased from a spa.

though this stuff is far pricier than any other hand cream i have, i'm now on my 3rd jar, but keep it exclusively at work due to the price. a little goes a long way, and you do have to thoroughly rub it into your skin, but the results are so worth it. i work in a lab, which involves a LOT of handwashing that gets pretty brutal on my skin, especially in winter. the royal jelly body butter stays on my hands through at least 2 or 3 handwashings, so i'm not constantly re-applying it all day, and i have no more chapping from the heavy duty industrial soaps or the gloves i'm wearing so often. a jar will last me basically almost a year at the rate and small amount i use per time. it has a blackberry scent that doesn't smell artificial/fakey to me, and isn't so strong it's off-putting (though from other people's reviews, that may be different for you).

Wow, I love the berry scent and put this on my hands. A bit greasy, but it soaks in. One lippie off for price. I love the retro jar packaging. I have so many lotions and creams but this may be full jar worthy. It feels very luxurious and pampering and super thick.

Generally, I do not like products that smell like food or fruit, but I absolutely love this stuff. I love the smell- admittedly it's not for everyone. It's very thick and creamy. I love the way it keeps my skin soft and silky. Though the packaging is pretty, I don't like that I have to scoop the lotion out with my fingers.

My Mom happened to buy this and liked it, so I decided to pick some up. I have an 18 month old who had developed bumps all over his skin. I wasn't sure it it was eczema or an allergic reaction! He was getting very dry so I started using this cream on him, and the bumps DISAPPEARED! Within 2 uses! I don't know if it's the fact that this cream contains no mineral oil, which was an ingredient in the lotion I had been using on him, or what- but it worked! I don't like the jar; it's heavy and breakable and the cream is very thick and I don't like scooping it out! But it has worked wonders on my baby's skin! On my skin it does okay- feels very moisturizing at first, but sort of fades quickly IMO. I always want to reapply! Smells like tart blackberries- which I like!

I cannot get past the smell. I do not like this at all. Back to the store it goes. Sad because the packaging is very elegant.

I had high hopes for this line. I was looking forward to purchasing this product but alas, the smell. It smells like blackberries. Not something I want to smell like. I really wish this was unscented. It seemed like a nice cream if you like the scent of blackberries you should try this.

At first I thought just another body butter they came out with. After a couple of times of trying it in the store and one of the S/A gave me a little sample I bought it. The texture is thick, the smell is o.k., but my dry chapped hands have become less dry and chapped of course from not one day to another. I've been using it now for 6 weeks. It comes in glass jar with three little bees inprinted in the front. It 6.7 oz for $22 US dollars. When you have dry hands like me I'll go to any extent to keep them soft. It works even better I think when I put my gel gloves on.
