I like this a lot. It's a duo with a shimmery silver light blue and a medium blue. The shimmery silver blue is just fine on its own as an wash over the whole lid. When done that way, it appears more silver than blue. I really like the light blue and today I used it over the lid and up to the crease and then added UD toasted in the crease and then some champagne color that I have for the highlight. These are buttery eyeshadows with a nice color payoff. The compact is well designed and elegant. For the money, this is a good deal. The wear on these shadows was good for with at least 10 hours of wear without creasing when not using a primer. Blue eyeshadows can be difficult to wear. I think this is the most wearable duo of blue eyeshadows I have seen.

I love the Color Surge Shadows. They are super silky, easy to blend and richly pigmented. Several of the duos are so unique. Something Blue isnt as spectacular as some but its still pretty. You get a super shimmery light silver and a medium blue that isnt as pigmented as i would have liked. It needed to be more like Blue Lagoon. This one is similiar looking in the pan but less shimmer and less pigment. Retails for $17.50 and comes in a silver compact with sponge/brush applicator and mirror. Blue Lagoon and Platinum are better.
