    For a $4 drugstore pencil liner, I have to give Rimmel its due--this is pretty good. It glides on easily, is a pretty color (I have the purple one), and seems rather foolproof! And the price point...

    That is the only eyeliner that is good for my Asian eyes, this does not smudge, but needs reapplying every 6 hours or so!!
