Useless. The wax just stuck to me and refused to come off, leaving a sticky mess. It also didn't remove any hair, which sort of defeats the whole purpose entirely.

I bought these for my eyebrows and upper lip. I had some fine, white hairs that were bothering me and didn't want to pay $15 and drive out to the mall for a few hairs. So I went to walmart and bought these strips. Brought them home, followed the instructions, and yep. They suck. I applied one to my lip.. and nothing came off. I tried it on my arm to see if it was just me and I didn't …Read more

Ugh...what a waste. These strips didn't remove anything! In fact, they didn't even stick to my skin. I'm warmed them up inbetween my palms and applied to my face and they slid right off. I have fine peach fuzz on my lip so I thought these would be ideal to use. However, these are completely worthless. I'm tossing them and sticking to Sally Hansen's version of the …Read more

(I have the facial version) Does an okay job with fine facial hair but is a bit rough. I don't think I'd repurchase because Sally Hansen has similar strips, but the wax on them (or something) is stronger, and the strips can be used to take care of coarser body hair if I'm in a hurry and don't want to heat up my Surgiwax.

This product does work but it took some failed attempts before I discovered how. The box says to warm the wax strips by rubbing them between your hands, this does not warm it up enough to remove all hair. So I warmed up a cup of water and then used the steam to warm the wax. This is the only way I was able to warm it up enough to remove the hair. Even then it still didn't take off every …Read more

this review is for the face strips. i LOVE this product. i get tiny little brow hairs all over my eye area and it's so tedious to pluck, so i typically just get them waxed once every 6 to 8 weeks, plucking the thicker hairs between waxes. i'd never waxed my brows at home before, and i didn't want to spend 20 bucks getting it done at a salon, so i purchased these. i cut them into …Read more

To those saying that this product doesn't remove hair, ARE YOU NUTS! I am writing a review because not only was my HAIR removed, but so was my skin. I did my arm earlier this week and the skin looks like that of a burn victim's--very tight and peeling. Thus, not only does it remove hair, but it removes skin as well. This means that PEOPLE NEED TO BE VERY CAREFUL using these strips. …Read more

Here's my experience.

I agree with Pixieshimmers. This product wasn't the best. My underarm hair was coarse in some places and fine in others, and not that long. After several attempts, only a few hairs were being removed. May have been because the wax doesn't stay warm for long.

Next time I will shell out more money for a more advanced product. I do think …

These wax strips will not remove fine hair. I still felt a lot of hair on my legs after using these even though I let my leg hair grow out before using. The leg hair isn't visible, but I can feel it. Shaving is necessary afterwards if your leg hair is fine. I would only purchase again if I couldn't find a better alternative at the drug store.

Using these strips was my first experience with at-home leg waxing, and I'm pretty impressed. I followed the directions exactly, and I got smooth, hairless skin. A week later, and my legs feel almost exactly the same. The only thing I don't like is that the box comes with three after-treatment towelettes, and I can see myself running out of those before running out of wax strips …Read more
