Matte White

Don't but this. It's like chalk on your lids. The texture is awful and the payoff is even worse.

I like this color to use all-over from lash to brow. It brightens without looking pasty. With a little charcoal on the outer corner and a lush lipstick, this creates an easy to do glamourous look....

This is a BRIGHT WHITE in the pan. It blinded me when I saw it. But, I don't have a white e/s and thought for 1.97, I couldn't go wrong. Usually rimmel e/s's don't work out for me....this one did....
