I tried this product following loads of initial MUA reviews. Before Mama lotion, my mid-20s skin is slightly sensitive, easily clogged, regular hormonal breakout etc. Oily on the outsided but dehydrated on the inside.
<p>I react ok with acid products normally (AHA/BHA) but both never really helped with my skin issues before. So after going through MUA reviews, I thought I'd give …

I have only been using this for a few days but had to share my results! Right not I'm only using this as a spot treatment over a brownish acne scar on my cheek but plan to use it over my entire face after 2 or so weeks. After just one week, my scar has faded dramatically- so much so that it's no longer brown. This is working great for me so far and has not caused any purging or …Read more

I bought this product to try and combat my melasma I developed during my pregnancy. It had no effect what-so-ever on this, but did work quite well on blocked pores, especially those around the nose. My skin also became very soft, but to the point of becoming so stripped down that my foundation couldn't stay on at all. My face became extremely oily, not to mention loads of peeling on a weekly …Read more

This is the only thing that worked to control a terrible acne condition. I had cystic acne on top of the blackheads and congested pores. I was quite depressed because I had spent a lot of time and money on high end products and prescription isotetrinoin which aggravated and made it worse. This cost £36. Lasts a long time. Stings a bit and smells odd but you get used to it. I had the hugest cystic …Read more

I just can't use acids on my skin. It's too harsh. If you can use glycolic acids and the like, you would probably appreciate this product. It makes my nose and chin flake uncontrollably for an indefinite period of time. It is possible to over-exfoliate and I feel that is exactly what happens with this product...over-exfoliation. And that's after using the product as directed …Read more

I could have sworn I reviewed this product, but as I can't locate my review - here goes. I used this product for approx 2.5 months late last summer/early fall (if memory serves). I found it to be expensive on the web site from which I ordered, but I was desperate for something to lighten my melasma. I don't have much issues w/ acne, so I cannot comment on MaMa lotion's …Read more

I love when products work as advertised!

I've only been using MaMa Lotion for just under a month but I love the way my skin is reacting to it. I have combo skin and the occasional clogged pore zit but my skin takes forever to heal and I have dark blemishes that take weeks to clear.

Ever since using MaMa Lotion, my I feel as though my skin cell turnover rate has …

I just started using this a few days ago but I'm not sure I'm doing it right. Do you use it as a spot treatment and just apply to the hyperpigmented skin or do you apply it all over your face/neck? I've been just applying it to my chin and a spot on my cheek to see how it works. Stung like crazy but I'm going to keep it up.

Update 6/10/09: This is the second time …

Mama lotion has literally transformed my skin!! 5mos. ago I would have said I have sensitive, combination, oily skin but now I can say it is normal. The first month I only used it twice a week, alternating with my regular skincare line.....In this time I experienced slighty dry patches and pimples on odd areas of my face which I never had before. I stuck with it though and found within …Read more

This product is NOT for sensitive skin. My problem has always been leathery skin and trying to find products w/ the force to break through. ( W/ the challenge being a whole skin care market always touting "gently exfoliating" and leaving me w/ ZERO results for much money spent) Well- this is the leather breaker. It stings. Point blank. The texture - well it is for night time use only- …Read more
