I am really in love with this bad boy. Granted I have no idea what a pomegranate smells like in the perfume world so I will not base my review off of that. This is the most beautiful clean scent with a hint of floraly warmth. Kind of soapy but with more body and a slight tanginess that adds sophistication. So feminine and so alluring. Perfect for any occasion and really any season. I love the …Read more

Meh! Where's the pomegranate?

I get a gardenia and tuberose mix in the mid, and it just isn't all that interesting to me. Admittedly, I haven't found many (any?) florals that strike me.

Soap. . .and not even pomegranate blossom scented soap. Soap that lingers on your skin for an hour or so then disappears entirely. I love pomegranate and was so looking forward to this, but it's a disappointment.

I have not smelled pomegranate blossom, however IPdF's Melograno also possesses the wonderfully tangy and mildly sweet qualities of the fruit. Uncomplicated and refreshing with a pleasantly soft lemony and musky drydown as the previous reviewer noted. I am usually not one for floral and red-fruit fragrances, but I would not hesitate to give this fragrance as a gift.

<i>Elegant single-note fruity scent distilled from a 16th century recipe. As delightfully feminine as subtly masculine, the blossom's crisp elegance softens on dry down with a hint of spice. In Renaissance Europe, the pomegranate's reputation as a powerful aphrodisiac made its flowers a highly coveted perfume ingredient. Sly and elusive ... beckoning to sniff again and again, a …Read more
