    Find it works OK for removing normal eye makeup... however it is very hard to remove waterproof makeup esp mascara with this. I recall spending more than 10 mins with the Q tip trying gently to pry...

    Fasio sells this product along with their range of mascaras. According to what I've heard, regular makeup remover isn't enough to remove mascaras, so I believe you've to use this makeup remover...
