This is a terrific royal/electric blue shimmer. It's bright, but not as bright as Color Club Neon Jeweltone Blue and much better with my pale neutral complexion. 2 coats for full coverage.

Bleu Magnetique is a deep almost royal blue. Shimmery as all (my) Bourjois polishes are, long lasting and a single coat covers well.
