I love this lipliner. Rosebud is a neutral, rosey, but close to an actual lip color if my lips were a bit more pigmented. I love it under EL's sultry blush, and NARS Galaxy Girl and Sexual Healing.

This lippencil is great. It has a nice consistancy, and the colour is a neutral pink. It works with a lot of lipsticks. I like to use it with Galaxy Girl lipstick.
