Cold as Ice is a clearish shade with dense gold-pink holographic microglitter. It's like MAC Vanilla pigment for nails! This is one of the few products I have reached the halfway point on.
I absolutely love this polish! I like to layer 2-3 coats of this (or 2 of this plus another Colorama holographic topcoat) for a super shimmery yet subtle iridescent nail look.

This topcoat is super pretty over pink/beige/peach nude shades -- but absolutely *incredible* over dark nail polishes. It adds so much depth and sparkle -- truly truly truly outrageous, to quote one of my sparkle idols -- Jem and the Holograms. Try this over Maybelline Vintage Burgundy or OPI Black Tie Optional, or OPI Glacier Bay Blues. It's great over golds, purples, black, and blues. Heck, I'd probably try it over any color for some fun yet subtle sparkle.

At just $1.99 each (at my local Rite Aid drugstore), and with 20+ shades to choose from as well as at least 5 different top coats, you are bound to find at least one or two shades that you really like. The top coats are clear or tinted, with holographic, metallic or iridescent glitter, but don't perform any better than any other top coat out there.

Cold As Ice is a sheer top coat with tons of iridescent pink glitter. Looks nice over the Cutie Pie shade but the iridescent pink glitter doesn't show up as much as I think it should. continued >>
