I was skeptical that this moisturizer would be effective enough since it is oil-free (such products tend to leave my skin dry), but I took a chance on it due to the positive reviews & the fact that it contains alpha lipoic acid (thioctic acid) which is an excellent anti-inflammatory & antioxidant for skin - it's 1 of my favorite anti-aging skincare ingredients.

I use this light lotion in the summer. It's soothing and non-clogging to my pores. I haven't found another moisturizer as light as this one, even from Kiehl's or Dermalogica. It smells like lemon drops to me. The pump works well, but the glass bottle is cumbersome and I must be careful not to drop it.

This moisturizer came highly recommended to me via a family member. However, although appearance wise this product it seemed to moisturize my skin, it made my skin feel very tight, 'stretched' and somewhat uncomfortable. It also stung horribly and cause additional irritation when it came in contact with acne or areas of dry skin.

This is a really great moisturizer, it's not heavy or greasy, feels very light but moisturizes like a heavier cream. In summer when you're sweaty or really oily it might get a bit greasy but the moisture payoff is worth having to use more blotting tissues. It's never broken out my very acne-prone skin, either. A little goes a long way, I've had my bottle forever. It smells …Read more

I can't believe how great this moisturizer is. I have quite acne-prone skin that breaks out with just about anything, and this just makes my skin feel like butter. My skin isn't especially oily, more normal, and even has surface dryness and flakes from acne treatments etc, and this just creates a smooth, natural palate. It absorbs beautifully and keeps my skin pretty matte but never dry …Read more

Great moisturizer for my troubled acne prone and scarred skin!!! It lightens up the scarring (I use it in conjunction with Vitamin E oil for most effectiveness), and also it matifies (since I do put oil as my main treatment, my face is really shiny and this creme makes it possible to wear the Vit. E Oil even during the day). LOVE IT. Never broke me out. Has great nutrients for skin, similar to …Read more

I love this moisturizer. It does a great job of keeping my skin from getting dry while not giving me that greasy, oily feeling. The scent is very pleasant -- sort of citrussy. A bit pricey, but I think it's worth it because it's organic and doesn't have all the scary toxins in it that some moisturizers do. Highly recommended.

My skin is oily, acne-prone but also superficially dry. I have not yet found a moisturizer I like. I bought this from Whole Foods and for the few first applications, it seemed to be okay, but afterwards I felt like my skin not only had gotten used to it, but had started to react to it. I think that the citrus oils may have irritated my skin and it started to appear redder after I applied it. I …Read more

I love this moisturizer--it does not cause any reaction on my skin and moisturizes really well even though it's light. I think it's brilliant!

I tried this product a couple of years ago and thought it was just okay. Anyhow it sat on my medicine cabinet shelf for quite awhile until I decided to give it another go. I'm glad I did! My perioral-dermatitis-affected areas love it like nothing else. Around my nose especially there is almost no redness now. Because I have to use a fairly strong cleanser, my face is too dry to use this …Read more
