I am in dubio with this foundation, I feel like I should cut it some slack because no. 1 Ivoire is almost my shade (and trust me, almost my shade is a huge compliment when it comes to foundations for me)
The thing is, I don't like the formula. At all. When I put it on with a beautyblender there are patches everywhere, and where I want the formula to stay most (my rosacea and some …

This product has recently been reformulated and has only become available here in the states within the last few months. I LOVED the old version of Fond de Teint and waited over 6 months for this new formula to hit the stores--it was worth the wait. I'm so glad T. Leclerc didn't change things too much because this has been my HG foundation for a while. It is the absolute best for my …Read more

I got this at the same time as buying their concealer (airbrush one) and while I adore the concealer, the foundation...not so much. I have fair skin with a natural pink colouring especially in the cheeks, my skin is pretty clear with the odd break out round the mouth. I have dry-ish cheeks and top of forehead and a semi oily t-zone. I was told this would sort out all those problems for a soft …Read more

In my search for foundation I came across T. LeClerc. I REALLY liked this foundation. It was basically the perfect formula, light nice scent, light coverage, oil free - perfect. BUT I could not buy it I tested a few different colors and they do not have a big color selection. The porcelain shade seemed to light for me - do I really want to look a little paler than I am? And Chair - the color next …Read more

This is a really nice product, but I find that it is very thick so I need to thin it out with some oil free moisturizer. This turns it into a very nice tinted moisturizer. Otherwise, I think it's just too thick for everyday wear.

I am a foundation junkie -- I've tried tons and use lots of foundations. And this is one of my very favorites. T. LeClerc included a sample of the two lightest shades when I ordered loose powder in Lilium and Camelia. I'd never thought about trying (much less buying) T. LeClerc foundations before, but I used the samples (in Porcelaine and Chair) and was very impressed. …Read more

Perfect for dry or combo mature skin.
I've tried other foundations and always come back to this because it looks great and doesn't feel like I have foundation on.

A lovely foundation. I have Clair, it is a very good colou match for my neutral skin with yellow undertones; I reach for it only occassionally as I have too many foundations, but the sealed pump packaging disposes it to not going off so soon. It applies beautifully, one almost feels some kind of a pleasant cooling effect on contact with skin. It covers well for a hydrating foundation. Decent …Read more

I often switch between foundations. I've been using NARS oil free but lately my skin has been pretty dry from using Green Cream, so I decided to try this, since I'm already a fan of their compact foundation. Tony from Barneys in NY chose the lightest shade for my fair often ruddy skin. It evened out my skin tone, got rid of the redness, and lasted all day. You don't need very …Read more

This product is great. I like a dewy, natural look so I mix this foundation with my Olay Daily Renewal Cream for the perfect finish. But if it's a spotty day, this doesn't do much in terms of coverage - you'll need concealer and another layer of this. This doesn't do much for oil control either but nothing that a couple of blotting paper can't handle. If you have …Read more
