I was really surprised to like this, since I usually look terrible in red-based purples or most pinks. However, this fuchsia has enough of the blue glimmer to be cool-toned and it is hot!
I like to apply it dry all over then lid and then wet on the lid up to the crease line. Then top it off with some purple liner.

Great color. Nice and bright. I like these pigments...so sad that the company has gone out of business. :(

i love tony & tina! and while universal color dust isn't my absolute favorite loose multi purpose powder, its definitely 2nd. nebula is a beautiful fuchsia, though i don't think you'd like it if you were going for a subtle look. safe to mix with lipgloss, its also very pretty on eyes and cheeks. i like that it doesn't take a whole lot of product to get results. i'll …Read more

it's beautiful, but REALLY bright... it's like hot pink with lavender irridesence, and if you put it over liner, it turns the eyeliner blueish... it is gorgeous, but i only wear it on occasion bc it's definitely not an every-day color... the reason i wouldn't buy it again is because it'll probably last me forever, and i won't need to buy another one

I LOVE Tony and Tina especially their herbal glitter pencil and universal color dust. I have Extraterrestrial, Pleiadian, Dolphin star, Andromeda and Shooting Star. I suggest you gals to use the eye base before applying the color dust..this way it will less chance to discolor and it looks more intense. One thing I got to complain is the large bottle, you know what I still haven't used it up …Read more

When I first found this product, I was over-zealous to buy it because I figured I had finally found an experimental eyeshadow that suited my tastes. It wasn't my usual light pink or nude peach so, what the hell? I'd give it a try. I won't lie-- it's a cute powdery shadow, but my all-time pet peeve is "travelling shadow" that sprinkles down your face upon application …Read more

Such a beautiful shade of loose powder e/s. Fuchsia pink with purple and blue shimmery undertones. I don't remember seeing anything like it in any other line. Amazing as e/s or liner...with just Dark Purple/Silver Herbal Glitter Pencil or combined with T&T's Universal Color Dust in Extraterrestrial. Great value. Seems this tiny jar will last forever as you only need a tiny bit. Wet …Read more

Love this color, a pink that as a blueish-purpley pretty shine when you put it on. I like to use it as a blush or mix it with lip glass for a unique gloss. You only have to use a small amount of product so one jar will last you forever.

This one was a surprise for me. I love Toni and Tina. I found that my normally "normal" lids really creased the shadow. I put foundation all over my lids, as well as powder. I have dry skin in areas, but I never really had problems with shadows creasing before. At least not until this. I would use it as an all over shadow, and use my liquid liner and by the end of the day it was …Read more

A couple years ago I was in search for a pink e/s. And almost no brands, hi-end or low-end , had any. And then I bump into Tony & Tina. As soon as I saw this, I bought it. It's not actually a true pink. It's fuchsia that flashes purple and blue shimmer. I get compliments everytime I wear it. It cost me $16, I think. But it's well worth it. I've had for 4 years at …Read more
