    This product really does make under eye circles less noticeable! I don't know why, maybe it's just some light-reflecting property of the product's contents, but I don't care -- it works! Good alone...

    I've been using Neutrogena eye creams for 20 years and liked them till now. The fish smell has got to go. Does nothing for wrinkles/dark circles. Go back to you roots, Neutrogena.

    THIS PRODUCT IS A BASIC MOISTURISER IT DIDNT DO A THING FOR BRIGHTENING MY EYE AREA AND I HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR OVER ONE YEAR.IT ALSO HAS A BAD SMELL.ON THE PLUS SIDE IT LASTS FOREVER.

    I think for the price this is a good, drugstore eye cream. After a particularly late night, I use this throughout the day because it works... However, I am switching to an eye cream with an SPF.
