i dont understand this product. It contains olive oil which suppose to good for my dry skin but it dried out my skin like crazy. And it hurts my eyes and even makes my eyes swollen. The worst cleansing oil ever

Overall this is a great product. Fairly cheap too!

I'd like it better if it got rid of all of my waterproof mascara. I don't feel like it takes all of my makeup off though (foundation mostly besides the mascara).

If it removed my makeup I'd buy this again and call it a HG. For now I'll keep looking

After having to leave my THEFACESHOP rice cleansing oil overseas, I bought this as a cheaper replacement after seeing good reviews from MUA. Although it does remove most of my makeup, I am quite disappointed as it does not compare very well with the other oil cleanser I used to use, which was only $8AUD more dear; a price I would gladly pay. This is because this product is really runny (a lot …Read more

this cleansing oil removes even the most stubborn makeup effortlessly and for that i'll give it 5 lippies. the only downside to it is that you will still have to double wash with a facial wash otherwise your face will be left oily and greasy.

I love this oil cleanser! I use this as part of my two-step cleansing routine. This oil is my first step, then I follow with micellar water. It powers off my makeup and leaves my skin clean, but not stripped. I buy my Naive Cleansing Oil at the local Asian market ($9-13). I love how it emulsifies my makeup and turns milky when I add water to my face. That's how I know it's working. This …Read more

This is a great inexpensive cleansing oil. I prefer using cleansing oils to remove face and eye makeup, especially during the winter time when my skin is a bit more dry. All you do is massage the oil into dry skin, add a little bit of water which it will turn into a milky consistency, continue massaging into skin and then rinse off. I do not recommend using this in place of a regular skin …Read more

I like this product. I've borrowed high-end oil cleansers from friends when I stayed at their places, and frankly this plebe does not see a difference between the fancy $40 brands and cheap Japanese drug store products. Sue me.

No, this isn't an olive oil cleanser. Yes, this contains mineral oil. By all means do your research (go to a public library and use their network to …

This is my go-to cleansing oil. I can get it for around $10US at the local Japanese market and it's got the fewest ingredients that I could find so far for most cleansing oils I've seen so far. I've tried Shu Uemura and MAC, and I still like this more than those. I recommend it as a starting point if you're interested in trying cleansing oils because of the …Read more

I bought this on a whim when I was visiting family in Japan. Most of my previous cleansing oil had leaked in my luggage, and I was going to try this one when I came home. I love it! Wish it didn't have mineral oil, which is probably why it was only about ¥500. I follow with my CeraVe foaming cleanser. Overall a great makeup remover, and I like that the tip slowly drips out oil. It looks like …Read more

I was recommended this product as a good oil-based makeup remover. Now, don't get me wrong. This product did exactly what it was supposed to do, which was remove all of my makeup. It didn't irritate my skin or eyes. The reason I DO NOT recommend this product is because it contains mineral oil. Mineral oil is bad for the skin. It is a big ingredient that's notorious for …Read more
