    Put this on your feet before you go to bed and it does all the exfoliation for you (no pain in the !@$ pumace stone). This is a great product.

    I use this interchangeably with L'Occitane's shea foot cream. I put this on at night - then when i scrub my feet the next day with a stone, the dry skin washes off easily!
