    Charm is one of my favorite Tarte powder blushes. It's a medium, slightly bright, bubble gum pink with silverish shimmer. Very cute for that windblown flush look.

    Beautiful in the container. The shimmery glitter doesn't come out on my face... :-( I wouldn't buy it again. It isn't fabulous. I've used drugstore brands that were way better.

    this blush looks like it would be too pink, but looks great on. just a light dusting is enough to really illuminate your cheeks, and it lasts all day. really cute packaging, a purpley velvet.
