What a bummer! This offers protection- only if you can get it on right! I would wait about 4 mins before applying it on my nail polish but it smears and streaks! I would not recommend this to anyone.

I like this alot because for me it dramatically reduces that amount of time it takes for my polishes to dry. I havent had too bad of a problem with chipping...I may try reapplying it every few days...
