We recommend cleansing with The Balance pH Balancing Gel Cleanser. STEP 2 Swipe a Prep Pad (included) across targeted areas prior to treating with GloPRO®. STEP 3 Glide GloPRO® across targeted areas of the face and body (switching out attachment heads as desired), no need to apply additional pressure just let the weight of the tool work its magic. Roll in vertical, horizontal and diagonal directions, spending a few extra seconds as desired on spot treatments such as stubborn wrinkles (Ex. nose-to-mouth line and eleven lines) or areas of uneven texture (Ex. thigh dimpling and mommy marks). Total face treatment should take about 60 seconds. Body treatment should take 60 seconds per target area (tummy or thighs would each be separate target areas).
