Elixer Skin Conditioning Primer

Way too oily and just felt gross. How do they get away with calling this a primer?

This primer is a sheer, clear , moisturizing primer. This gives a more "dewy" look on me, better for drier skins though. I still prefer my smashbox primer to this one though for more of a matte...
