    It does transfer Wish liner came with a safety seal Color is matte I have #714 sugar & spice Requires sharpener

    Although I'm a bigger fan of retractable lip pencils, because I hate the constant sharpening this pencils are awesome. Incredible bang for your buck quality. IMO better than MAC liners. Smoother...
