This is probably my favorite eye cream for puffiness and dark circles. IT has a metal roller applicator that helps with depuffing. The product itself does a great job at hydrating, plumping and brightening the eye area.

My only issue is that it takes a lot of pumping of the product to finally get it to start coming out through the roller applicator. But be patient because in the end it is well worth the wait and time.
