Because of previous review about how thick this balm is (after all, it is a balm), I would mix a small dollop of the balm with my regular body lotion before applying. Even then, I can still feel it...

This felt very sticky on my skin & doesn’t sink in. It also gave me a little rash on my stomach area. I think this would be fine on my hands & feet, other than that, I won’t repurchase.
