I saw this product on Caroline Hirons' blog and her review was so appealing that I absolutely had to have it, despite my reservations about spending $70 on a facial mist. It hasn't disappointed, though I don't think it's so amazing that I'd buy it again considering all of the other options out there.

This mist from May Lindstrom is very sophisticated in presentation. The pitch black bottle feels substantial and the gold print is refined. I do wish the bottle were slightly less opaque. It is so dark that you can't see the liquid level. However, the sprayer is sturdy and delivers a pleasant mist. As to the contents, the first thing you'll notice is the absolutely heavenly jasmine scent. It is STRONGLY scented, and if you don't like indolic jasmine, definitely pass on this. It dissipates quickly once on the skin - I don't smell it on my face throughout the day. The ingredients in Jasmine Garden are mildly beneficial as a balancing toner. Its first ingredient is water, followed by witch hazel and colloidal silver. Those latter two ingredients are why this may be worth a try for folks with acne, as the witch hazel is astringent and the silver has antibacterial properties. Be careful, though, as it's possible the scented essential oils that give it its luscious floral scent could be irritating to the very sensitive. I have found that my skin tolerates this well, and I like to use it in the morning to refresh my skin before I apply my serums, moisturizers, etc. Overall, it works for what I want to use it and is a very pleasant product experience. I do recommend if you want to treat yourself to a luxurious skincare product.
