This primer is nothing special.
These seem geared toward those people in search of a not-too-silconey style primer. It really just seemed like a heavy'ish moisturiser. Didn't do anything for my skin that a decent moisturiser couldn't do if used before foundation.

First, a few quick words about my skin. Just finished accutane and now on a 'maintenance dose' (40mg /week) to keep the oiliness away. So, my skin is 'normal' to slightly dry but, above all else, sensitive. Large pores, some wrinkles, no blemishes.

The texture is similar to a medium weight gel-creme. White, opaque. Has a rather strong 'fresh' scent. Absorbs into skin very easily. Makes my skin feel quite smooth and hydrated afterwards. No greasy residue.
Despite that, I didn't notice any super hydration with this and it didn't seem to adequately prime my skin before makeup. Didn't help extend the wear of my makeup, either. These are a primers teleological requirements- and it failed on basically ever score. As difficult as it seems to argue for this things right to exist, I'm sure it fills the need for some people- those who just want an added layer of hydration before makeup without the slippy, silicone feel. And that's fine. But it's not what I want.
Didn't make me breakout, or clog pores, so that's a bonus. Packaging is good- hygienic and easy to get it out in measured amounts.
Overall, this is nothing special and doesn't do anything a moisturiser cant do. Not worth the extra money for the 'primer' title. It would make a great moisturiser, though.
